At Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.), our mission is to uplift individuals and strengthen communities across generations through education-first programs that build confidence, character, accountability, and purpose.
We serve youth, young adults, student-athletes, and seniors through thoughtfully designed initiatives that support personal growth, life skills development, mentorship, and community engagement—meeting people where they are and guiding them toward their full potential.
Our work begins locally, extends nationally, and is built to scale globally—recognizing that the challenges facing today’s youth and communities transcend borders, backgrounds, and generations. Through school-aligned youth wellness programming, post-secondary athlete education and transition support, industry mentorship and career exposure, and intergenerational community initiatives, we create pathways that help individuals navigate life with clarity, resilience, and responsibility.

Doing Exceptional Deeds now offers a continuity-based Student Success Advisory model designed to support students from middle school through high school. This approach provides consistent adult guidance, goal-setting, accountability, and reflection that follows students across grade levels and key transitions.
The advisory model is rooted in high expectations, personal responsibility, and support delivered with care — helping students reset, refocus, and grow academically, emotionally, and personally.
Program delivery may occur during the school day or through expanded learning structures based on school and community needs.
